The rate of DAFW injuries and illnesses in service providing industries was 115 per 10,000 fulltime workers, while the DAFW rate in goods-producing industries was 167 per 10,000 full-time workers. Floors and ground surfaces were the most common source of injuries in service-providing industries. In goods-producing industries, parts and materials were the most common source of injuries.
