100 full-time employees.
Cases with days away from work,
job transfer, or restriction include
two case types: those requiring at
least 1 day away from work, with
or without job transfer or
restriction, and those requiring
only job transfer or restriction.
The rate for cases with days away
from work (1.3 cases per 100 fulltime employees) was higher than
the rate for cases involving only
days of job transfer or restriction
(1.0 case) among private industry
workplaces in 2006. This was also
true for goods-producing and for
service-providing industry sectors.
