2004 OSH and CFOI Profiles
The OSH Profiles and Charts program contains 2004 data from the BLS Annual Survey of
Occupational Injuries and Illnesses. The CFOI Profiles and Charts program contains final 2004 data
from the Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries.
Follow these steps to install the OSH and CFOI Profiles programs:
1) Put the “Profiles & Charts data disk into the CD drive
2) Start…Run…[drive]:\osh_install
Follow the displayed instructions to install OSH Profiles and Chart, CFOI Profiles and Charts, or both.
Recommended software and hardware requirements are Windows XP, Office XP, Pentium processor, and 256
Mb RAM.

2004 Bulletin Tables and Appendices
The bulletin tables on this CD present 2004 summary and case and demographic data from the BLS
Annual Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses. The appendices present the survey's
methodology.
