The quarterly drop for fuel oil exports was the largest 3-month decline since a 17.8-percent drop in March 2016. Export prices for energy and fuel oil advanced 35.1 percent and 56.3 percent, respectively, over the past year. Louisiana ranked second, accounting for 17.0 percent. California was the third largest exporting state, accounting for 3.6 percent of total U.S. energy exports.
