This Guideline setting was according to the new teachers hiring guidelines article 8.
Our Department will set the new teachers hiring selection committee (called for short
as the committee), to process the affairs about new teachers selection.
The composition method of the committee.

The committee members that were elected by the Department which

of teachers who with associate professors is not enough, it will not be

The committee should start the selection process after the deadline of the
application, and the number should more than 3 applicants. Once the
applicants are very outstanding, with the approval of 2/3 committee
members, it will need to restart the public job opening process.
Once the highest educational background of candidate was issued by our
school, and who never devote themselves to other teaching, research
related job for two years on after graduation, it will not allowed to be listed
as candidates. Only if he/she has special specialty or outstanding
performance and getting the approval of the committee, it will not be
limited.

The committee should recommend the applicants to the DTEC after
finishing the selection. Once it is unable to recommend, the reason should
be explained and submit for college on examination.
Once it occur any special reasons, with the approval of the committee,

our school.
This guideline will need to be evaluated by College Teacher Evaluation Committee
