JPC Projects require a 3-5 member student group to:
  lead a research-driven, service project that
addresses a documented community need or social
problem
  establish a hypothesis based in an academic
discipline(s), study best practices, collect data,
propose solutions, and, when appropriate, implement
them;
  work with community partner(s)
  take place locally, nationally, and internationally
  be advised by a faculty member(s)
