Q. Can you explain one-way rentals, unlimited mileage and drop fees?
A. All one-way rentals should go through National. Authorized one-way rentals
include a flat rate that includes unlimited mileage and no drop fee charges for
compact through full size cars. Other car class categories will be charged the
base rate plus mileage.
Q. If I’m already an Emerald Club member, do I need to enroll again?
A. No, it’s not necessary to enroll again. However, you will need to update
your member profile with your current corporate credit card and Corporate
Discount information (the Corporate Discount is what links you to your
company’s program to ensure you receive the appropriate rates and
benefits).

Q. What if I have a car on rent and decide I need to return to a different
city?
A. Please contact your travel agency for a change in drop location. Only certain
cars are authorized to go one way and unauthorized one-way rentals will
incur a drop charge.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Q. Will you pick me up or can you deliver the car/pick-up the car?
A. Our free Pick-up service is available to all customers and should be arranged
directly with your local Home City (non-airport) branch. Find a Location

While we do not deliver the vehicle; during normal business hours your local
branch will arrange a convenient time to pick you up from a local home or
business address and take you to the branch to complete your paperwork
and pick up your vehicle.

Upon the return of the vehicle during normal business hours, the location will
be happy to drop you back to your home, office, or a local business.

Note: Due to security regulations “Airport Locations” are not able to offer
pick-up service.
Airport locations not located in the terminal will provide shuttle service to and
from the terminal to the rental office.

Discount Number (listed in the lower left-hand corner of this page), please call
our member services line at 1-800-962-7070 between the hours of 9 a.m. –
6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
Q. Once I’ve enrolled in the Emerald Club, how soon can I make a
reservation and receive my Emerald Club benefits?
A. When you enroll via the custom link, you will receive your Emerald Club
number and your membership will be immediately available for use. Your new
member packet with membership card will arrive via first class mail in 2-3
weeks. To receive benefits immediately, include your Emerald Club number
in the reservation. Be sure to update your traveler profile. The Emerald Club
number should be used as your loyalty number for both National Car Rental
and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. At the time of rental, your membership will be
validated by presenting your drivers license, and the credit card listed in
your profile or your Emerald Club member card.
Q. Can I rent for leisure travel with my Emerald Club membership?
A. Yes! Your Emerald Club membership is valid for all your rentals with National
and Enterprise. It is however necessary to book with the leisure use
Corporate Discount for your company.
