UVA - P Cards Distributions Report
Purpose of Report
• A standard report run (real time) from the
Integrated System during the window of
opportunity to enter PTAEO P-Card distribution
changes before charges are posted.
• Allows p-card holders/alternate viewers to view
purchases that were billed during the current bill
cycle.
• Allows p-card holders/alternate approvers to
immediately review entered PTAEO distributions
for accuracy before charges are posted.
