5-29: After you complete the above exercises, download the solution to exercise 5-29 and add dimensions to the
orthographic views. Make sure you do not double dimension. Use the minimum dimensions to completely
specify the object.

9-1) Draw and dimension the following object using the dimensions in the table on the left. Make sure the
dimensions include tolerances
Dimension items 1-3,5,6, 10 manually first using text and %%p etc.
For 4, 7, 8 and 9 after starting dimension, type m for mtext and enter the upper limit <enter>
and lower limit
(calculated from the tolerance values)
9-10) Draw the table in AutoCAD, and fill in the text for the measurements. The table should be done in
Inches and the size of the rows are labeled in the drawing below. The size of the small columns is 1 inch and the
wide column is 2 inches. Further hints below on next page…

Copy 3 times and fill in
Complete 1st row of data with text & circle
Use Array command to reproduce 10 times
Then fill in new text by clicking on text boxes
