Application Process





Submit the required Dual Enrollment Application, Letter of recommendation (form letter only), Declaration of
Intent (for home schooled students only) and Official High School Transcript to Athens Technical College.
Schedule and take the placement test or provide official ACT or SAT test scores that are less than 5 years old.
These scores need to be reviewed with the High School Coordinator to determine eligibility for dual enrollment
at Athens Technical College.
Apply for Financial Aid, Move on When Ready application, online at www.gacollege411.org
o NOTE: These financial applications must be done for every course each semester of enrollment and
must be approved by high school counselor prior to registration for classes each semester.
Complete the Online Orientation and E-Learning Orientation to learn about ATC.
Register for classes with the High School Coordinator or designee.
