1. Log-In to NoodleTools
www.noodletools.com
 Username: (your computer log-in)
 Password: westland
2. If it asks you to REVALIDATE:
 School Username: mcpswestland
 School password: mcpsmd
3. See Mrs. Salnick if you can’t get into NoodleTools!
4. Create a New Project or click on your existing project.
5. Choose MLA and JUNIOR
6. Description: Title your project (WWII Research, Atomic Bomb, etc.)
7. Create project
8. Click on the BIBLIOGRAPHY TAB (for citations and notecards)
9. Select citation type
 Use the front of this sheet->Look under “Citation Type”
 If you still aren’t sure->ASK FOR HELP
Be a detective! Look at the article information or the TABS!


Specific date? Is it a newspaper?
Just a month/season/year? Is it a magazine?
***REMEMBER***
 DO NOT “Create a New Project” for each article. You will select new citation types within
your list
 DO NOT press the back button. Use the top navigation bar
 Enter CITATIONS FIRST and then note cards
NEED TO PRINT YOUR BIBLIOGRAPHY?
Click on Bibliography Tab
1. Make sure you have added all of your resources.
2. Click on “Print/Export” and select ”Print/Export to Word”.
3. Click “Open”.
4. You will now have a document in Word with the title “Works Cited.”
Add your name, date, and teacher/period.
5. Save this document again by going to “File” and choosing “Save As”. Give your bibliography a name
that makes sense. Click “Save”.
6. Print your document (File/Print).
