Dear organizers of CIMPA research schools to be held in 2010.
As mentioned in the "Roadmap" enclosed, we remind that you need to create and maintain
the web site of your research school. Please send us the corresponding link as soon as
possible in case you don't have already do so.
We also create a short web page at CIMPA, with a link to yours. For this purpose please send
us the following information by email (in English and if possible in French):
Name of the research school
Name and email of exactly two responsible and organizers of the school (one of them needs
to be local). [They will be the permanent and unique contacts with CIMPA for everything
concerning your research school]
Precise dates and location.
[Warning : you will not be able to change dates, they will be printed on a poster and the
information will be disseminated.]
Scientific program
Deadline for registration at CIMPA (at least 2 months before the beginning of the research
school) [we recall that applicants from other countries than yours have to register at CIMPA.
The organizers of the research school and the CIMPA will select the candidates and decide
which ones will be supported by CIMPA]
Application procedure for applicants from your country, namely a direct link to your web
page containing this information.
