In the coming weeks, students will have the opportunity to put their reading strategies and test taking strategies to work. Please encourage your child to use these strategies at home as they complete assignments. - Eliminate answers that do not answer the questions - Reread texts several times - Read questions, look for key words and then reread the text to find answers - Choose the best possible answer - Read and consider all options before filling in your answer The PARCC will take place on May 9th, 13th, 16th and 17th Please be sure that your child will be attending school on those days.
