ACTION REQUIRED:

DISCUSSION: Mr. Sweeney will report on FY 2015 philanthropic
cash flow and new commitments through June 30, 2015.
Philanthropic cash flow measures actual gifts received by
the University during a specific fiscal year. It includes cash
or cash equivalents received for philanthropic purposes; it
does not include pledges or future support (bequest
expectancies, annuities, etc.).
At fiscal year-end, cash flow for FY 2015 was $243.9
million, a 9% increase over last fiscal year. New commitments
for the fiscal year (new gifts and new pledge amounts) stood at
$241.7 million, a decrease of 3.6% from FY 2014. When combined
with new future support, however, total new commitments reached
$338.9 million, a 19% increase over FY 2014.
Ms. Sullivan, Mr. Sweeney, and Mr. Luellen will provide an
overview of Bicentennial Campaign planning to–date.
