Committee Summary
During the meeting of the Audit and Compliance
Committee, Mr. Gary Nimax updated the Committee on
recent and upcoming enterprise risk management activities
including the presentation of mitigation strategies that have
been documented for three specific institutional risks. Ms.
Lori Strauss provided an update on her compliance
schedule and projects. Mr. Nimax also reported on the
Audit Department’s schedule and provided an overview of
a number of audit reports addressing various aspects of the
University and Health System.
