New and Changed Features
SIP Trunking with CUBE
Packaged CCE now supports SIP Service Provider trunking by means of an ISR G2-based CUBE connected
to Cisco Voice Portal/Unified Communications Manager. Outbound Option is not supported by CUBE. For
more information, see the document Packaged CCE Product Specifications Release 9.0(x).
Added Network VRU Script Routing Type
RoutingType Field Options
When creating a new Network VRU Script (Manage > Network VRU Script > New), you can now define
the routing type. There are two options available: Voice and Multi-channel. Voice network VRU scripts are
used by Unified CVP. Multichannel network VRU scripts are used by Email and Web Collaboration.
