Specials Update
Art
In March, Kindergarten students will continue working with clay. We have begun our
pinch pot lesson, each student made a small pot with a lid, and next we will create small
owls out of a slab of clay. Both projects will be glazed so students can have a shiny, smooth
work of art!
Music
During the month of March, students will be working on identifying repeating sections of
music. We will continue to focus on identifying long and short sounds and representing
them with icons. We will also sing songs that use the voice in many different ways.
P.E .
In P.E., Kindergarten Students will be working on both balance and weight transfer
activities. These activities will include some basic tumbling skills.
