 Grading o 1148 Grade Lapse for Professional Students processed on Friday, December 18 and grade deadline for Fall term is Dec. 22 o Emails will be generated and sent from UREG to Instructors who have not approved their grade rosters in SIS beginning in mid‐January to allow School Contacts the opportunity to do so first o After hours grading coverage – Travis, Sheila, Collab and the SR Support team  We will monitor email until 9pm December 10 ‐ 22  Use the [email protected] email address  Use the collab‐[email protected] email address  December Degree Conferral o Audits for Fall Degree Candidates will begin on December 22nd o Degree Conferral will begin December 30th and be completed by Friday, January 8th. Please notify Kathryn and [email protected] as soon as you are ready for degrees to be posted for your school o Degree Candidates file will be sent to NSC Monday, January 11th o Diploma order will be sent to Paradigm the week of January 11th  J‐Term and Spring Enrollment o Waitlist conflict emails will be sent again on January 12th o No Enrollment emails for Spring 2016 sent December 29th o Emails to students with AENR hold or no enrollment for Spring 2016 in mid‐January (Date – TBA. Holds will be applied on January 14th) o Cancellation will occur for students that have not cleared holds and/or enrolled by Friday, January 22nd by 5PM.
