*Student and department conferences are events that have a registration fee and/or a majority (50%)
attendance of those who are neither enrolled nor employed by the University. Student groups and departments
cannot reserve spaces for non-university groups.
**Non-University Groups incur this rate for events that are unrelated to University business.
Equipment setup fee is included in the room fee but additional charges may apply for other services. Please
consult the Equipment Fee Schedule or an Event Planning Assistant for more information.
