JOURNAL OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS, VOLUME 6, ISSUE 1, DECEMBER 2010 32 IT Contribution on Sale Rate in Small and Medium Industrial Parts Atefeh Asil, Amir Asil. Hasan Asil, Mahdi Allah Verdi Zadeh Abstract— At this study, the impact of IT application has been studied on sale rate of small and medium industrial parts well. That is a research in causality or after the occurring sort and related to study of the impact of IT application on sale rate of small and medium industries. At this aim, we defined a statistical society of small and medium manufacturers under the simple sampling by chance. Data gathered by the questionnaires and analyzed in Spss17 software. According to the results with 5% assurance rate (safety rate), IT contributes on sale rate of small and medium industries, considerably. Index Terms— Information Technology, Sale, Small and medium industrial. —————————— —————————— 1 INTRODUCTION The economical development depends on small and medium industries growing at the future decade. Pen Roz,Axe and Adresh in their views pointed to this as a promotional step for economical path.(due to marginal economics, demand structure in change and cluster developing pattern views) More studies showed the small and medium contributions on the world economical system through 4 channels as follows: Innovation and technological change, employment, industrial searching and lastly getting a job opportunity with more earning. Also, because of high global competition, none of safety and more demand for different products, there is a great tendency into the industrial parts. Although, large industries are in considered of economical politicians due to available advantages they have as a result of numerous scale, production domain impact, experience and organizational effect, but small and medium industries change these industrial parts into the first selection in productivity meet to following factors: Transportation, size of the market, selectivity effect and controlling. These industries need for a great and fast change to solve the problems in global competition. IT is well-known as a changing tool with different applications for each of value chain in the stages and organizational efficiency. In this paper, it is tried to study the effect of IT on sale rate of small and medium industries. At the next parts, it will be discussed the method and materials with the results, successfully. ———————————————— • At. Asil is with the Islamic Azad University, Tabriz branch, Tabriz, Iran • A. Here, it’s given some of the most important research affairs as follows: Result from the studying with the subject of “IT impact on commercial societies as a case studying in small and medium industries of Bangladesh”. It showed good results in performance of the organizational systems at this country. Results from a studying with subject of “the survey by using of ICT in small and medium industries in Jamaica” showed a good status in services and communicative affairs, sale of products and efficiency. Results from a studying with subject of “exploratory studying on IT and advantage of the management ways in small constructive industries showed a positive impact of IT on these industries. 3 STUDYING PROCEDURE To recognize the procedure, firstly it’s defined three main factors at this case. IT: It is a branch of technology that is studied and utilized by the software, hardware and network which its process is related to save, handing, managing and transmission [1]. Medium and small industries: It is related to industrial and service-giving parts (rural and civil regions) with the workers less than 50 people [2]. Sale: It’s one of the subsets of the marketing, i.e., it’s the end of marketing operations in a deal and the beginning point of long time relationship for the customers. If this durable relationship get in permanent binding with customers, then the engineering will be necessary for all the operations at this case. (It’s no differed in good or bad operations) [1] This study was considered in causality sort. (After the occurring) So, it is found to reply to the following question: Does IT have a sufficient effect on the sale rate of small and medium industries or not? Morgan chart was used at this case. In order to get a promotion in the validity of the studying, 400 companies selected by using of accidental sampling method. The questionnaires prepared for data gathering and necessary factors were selected for measuring of the sale under IT role in social organizations developing and Electronic trading nets integrating for the small companies. Also, 30 people were selected for this sampling as a member who not belonged to the statistic society. The questionnaire was given to them and collected data was applied in SPSS software exactly. Stability rate was estimated through using the α-kronbakh method for the questionnaire. It was more than 60% and so no one of the questions eliminated. The questionnaire was sent by the mail for the organizations and it was studied carefully which 385 of them were approved. The questions were coded and applied in SPSS 17 software. Data normalizing test was done by Cholomogoroph-Smirnoph method to select the suitable statistic test as approved or refused the hypothesis in IT role on the sale rate of small and medium institutes. It was appeared that all the data were normal and so we used from described statistic model for hypothesis test. Results from SPSS output about of variants are given as follows: Due to table I and table II, we can observe that the impact average of the persons in reply by using IT on the sale factor is meaningful and more than mean = 3 and estimated t has a rate with %5, meaningfully and it is more than P=0. 4 RESULTS TABLE 1. By analyzing and data gathering, the results from this study approve the hypothesis at this case. In other words, using IT causes to promote the sale rate of the products in small and medium industrial parts. This topic is so valuable for the industries because one of the most important problems is related to sale and marketing. Small industries couldn’t pay more in capital and earning into the propaganda in media, newspaper and so on. But, internet utilities provide this capability to them by visiting the web-site from millions of people at the world. At the other hand, there is no restriction in sale and marketing under electronic trading. The products are visible in internal and external markets well. Comparison is considered about the products with global standards or similar internal and external products. It makes to improve the sale rate well. The results from this studying are as same as the global session results of information community, [4] under the subject of” IT advantages in small and medium industrial parts”. REFERENCES Fig1.
