Registration
The course listings are in the 2015-2017 Campbell University Undergraduate Studies Bulletin. It is the student’s
responsibility to satisfy all course prerequisites. Campbell University reserves the right to limit class enrollments and
to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. Walk in registration is during regular registration period M – TH
8:45am– 5pm and Fri 8:45am – 2pm.
Tuition and Lab Fees
Tuition cost is $390.00 per credit hour for all undergraduate courses. In addition there is a Technology Fee of $15
per 6 week term. Tuition is payable at the time of registration. A deferred payment plan is available at no extra cost
with a down payment.
Financial Aid
All aspects of financial aid are handled at the main campus. Students may be eligible for tuition grants and loans based on
submission of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) www.fafsa.ed.gov (School Code: 002913). Call
1(800) 334-4111, ext. 1297 for financial aid assistance.
Members of the North Carolina National Guard may be eligible for a Tuition Aid Plan (TAP), and should check with the
NCNG Education Service Office.
Attendance Policy
Campbell University’s attendance policy states students must attend 85% of scheduled classes. This equates to a
maximum of 2 class absences per 6 week term. Students are responsible for keeping their instructors informed
when these absences occur. The decision of whether a student can complete work for missed classes rests with the
instructor.
Drop/Withdrawal Procedures
DROP:
Students desiring to drop and receive a full refund of tuition, can do so only during the Add/Drop period by
completing an Add/Drop form. Dates and times for Add/Drop are found under the Calendar of Events for the
Summer (cover). Students who do not attend scheduled classes, and fail to drop the class within the
listed Add/Drop period, will be held responsible for all tuition costs and receive a failing grade.
WITHDRAWAL:
Students needing to withdraw from class(es) AFTER the Add/Drop period will need to see their academic advisor inperson. Students are responsible for tuition costs at the time of withdrawal. Students who do not attend
scheduled classes, and fail to withdraw from class, will be held responsible for all tuition costs and
receive a failing grade.
Veterans
All Campbell University courses are approved for veteran's benefits. Full-time benefit payments require a minimum of two
(2), 3 credit hour courses each term and half-time benefits will be paid for one (1), 3 credit hour course per term. For

Graduation
If you are planning to have your degree conferred in August 2016, you must have your graduation
application in by July 15, 2016. Degrees will be conferred August 31, 2016 and there is no graduation
ceremony for August graduates. Degrees are mailed by the registrar’s office and should arrive at
your residence late September- mid October. August graduates are invited to participate in the
December 2016 ceremony.
