Instructions for enrolling in the OASIS blackboard Organization
The OASIS blackboard organization is where all of the job aids, business process guides and online training
will be housed.
The organization is set for self enrollment, so you can enroll on your own, without having to contact anyone.
Follow the directions in the table below –
NOTE: if you click on the URL and get a “Cookies not enabled” page, follow the directions on the page before
doing the actions below:

Type in your ASURITE ID and password, then click Login

Type OASIS in the search field, and click on GO.

You should see the OASIS training Organization. Click on the Enroll button on the far right-hand side
to enroll in the organization.

Once you are enrolled, you can go to the organization to find job aids, business process guides and
online training to help you convert to PeopleSoft.
