Use this procedure to request access to PeopleSoft for your employee.

To begin, open a web browser and go to this URL
https://ep.oasis.asu.edu
You will see this screen.
Enter your ASURITE ID and password, and click the Sign in button.

Select the Employees: Request Access to PeopleSoft link.

Type in the ASURITE ID or your Employee. Click Continue

1) Type in a short purpose for your employee’s access in the large field.
2) Click on the checkbox next to the question “Is the initiator also the Supervisor?”
3) Click on the Continue button.

This screen shows the roles that your employee currently has.
To add a role, click on the Add role button.

You will see the list of security roles that are available.
Click on the checkbox next to a role to select it.
Click on the role to see a description.
Once you have selected the role for your employee, scroll to the bottom and click on the
Save and Return button.

Now we are back on the previous screen.
To complete the request, click on the Save and Submit button.

You were successful! Click the Return button to finish.
This is what will happen next:
1) Your employee will log in and acknowledge the new role.
2) The Data Guardian will approve the request
3) The OASIS security team will finish the process and grant you access.
4) You and your employee will receive an email notification that access has been granted.
