I understand that all participants are vital to the successful production of a show. I will make all expected rehearsals for my role unless if I have marked them under conflicts or I have notified Mr. Heinemann personally in advance. Otherwise, I will ride the activity bus home for all rehearsals T-TH that end at 4:25. I will make transportation arrangements for all Monday, Half-day and tech rehearsals to be picked up on time. These are vital to the success of the show. Please consider volunteering to assist in one or more of the following ways. Mark them as appropriate and return this sheet with your child at the next rehearsal. Emails will be sent to parents as needed. Decisions were made based on audition preparation and performance. Cast members were placed in roles that would best support the execution of the overall show production. Any questions on casting or role assignments should be directed to Mr. Heinemann • Please note the calendar and make every effort to attend all expected rehearsals. Each week, there will be a rehearsal schedule posted on the drama bulletin board in the cafeteria that notes which cast members are needed at each rehearsal that week. As we get closer to the show, all members will be expected to attend all rehearsals. • Rehearsals will end on time. Please make sure the child’s transportation is on time. Students not picked up by 4:25 will be asked to get on an activity bus. I am not able to stay to supervise children being picked up late as I have to get home to my family. • Each cast member will receive 2 complimentary tickets per show.
