WELCOME 6th GRADE WILDCATS
SPECIAL MESSAGE
Welcome to Rocky Hill! We are looking forward to a great year. Your sixth grade
teachers have planned many engaging lessons, activities and projects. Middle
school differs from elementary school in many ways and there will be new
challenges. Make sure you get involved in various activities and meet new people. I
am here to support you with your goals this year. It will be extremely important to be
organized as you manage assignments from all of your classes. Use your agenda
book, set an academic routine and manage your time after school wisely. Make sure
you have contact information from someone in every class in case you are absent
and want to find out what you missed from a peer. Be sure to treat all staff members
in the building with respect and courtesy. I will be visiting your classes and expect to
see you demonstrating pride in all settings. I believe in each one of you and know
you will be successful! Make it a great school year…….on PURPOSE! Please make
good choices so you remain eligible to participate in all of our events. I look forward
to getting to know each of you.
