Overview - Brief History

A. Mario Loiederman Middle School opened in
August
g 2005. We are six yyears old!

Our school was named for Mr. Loiederman, an
immigrant from Argentina and civil engineer who built
a prominent company in Rockville which is now
Loiederman Soltez Associates, Inc.

He was an active patron of the arts and the President of
the Strathmore Board of Directors when the
Strathmore Music Center was envisioned.

