Overview - Brief History A. Mario Loiederman Middle School opened in August g 2005. We are six yyears old! Our school was named for Mr. Loiederman, an immigrant from Argentina and civil engineer who built a prominent company in Rockville which is now Loiederman Soltez Associates, Inc. He was an active patron of the arts and the President of the Strathmore Board of Directors when the Strathmore Music Center was envisioned.
