The Campbell University Homeland Security
program provides the foundation and necessary academic work whether you are seeking a career as an officer in national security,
law enforcement, or business. Our curriculum is designed to provide student with
competencies in contemporary principles of
National Security, Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Critical Infrastructure
Protection, Terrorism, Intelligence, Cyber
Security, Interagency Operations, and more.
The Homeland Security program’s goal is to
produce a graduate who is qualified for an
entry-level position in these exciting government and private sector positions.

DC & NYC trips
Campbell University Homeland Security
majors have a unique opportunity to
travel with faculty to Washington D.C.
and New York City. In DC, they visit the
Congress, White House, FBI, DHS, DEA,
ATF, DIA, NSA, Georgetown University,
and more. In New York, they visit the UN,
NYPD, FDNY, DHS, Coast Guard, 9/11
Memorial and Columbia University.
Study Abroad
Campbell University Homeland Security
students recently completed a special
study abroad program in Europe. Traveling to England, France and Scotland, the
students visited such places as Kings College London, Bletchley Park, French National Police, INTERPOL, Parliament,
Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral,
Normandy D-Day beaches, Notre Dame,
Louvre, and more.

majors have tremendous opportunities.
They travel to places like NC Justice Academy, SBI, Ft Bragg, and more. Students can
also join several Homeland Security National Honors societies and the student
run Organization of Security Students
(OSS) . Homeland Security experts speak
to students on campus. Campbell University Homeland Security students enjoy a
fantastic opportunity.
