Qualifications
Student will:





Have a cumulative GPA of 3.75.
Have a cumulative SCIENCE GPA of 3.80.
Have completed AT LEAST 3 science credits at the time of application.
Be enrolled in AT LEAST 1 honors or AP-level science course for each year of
membership.
Obtain positive recommendations from TWO current and/or previous science
teachers.
Expectations



Completion of 4 science-based service hours for EACH semester.
o Tutoring will not be an acceptable use of service hours.
Emphasis on integrity and modeling of the honor code system.
Regular attendance and participation at all meetings and special events.
Violation of the noted expectations may result in removal from the NSHS.
