Schroders completes acquisition of STW Fixed
Income Management LLC

Further to the announcement on December 17, 2012, Schroders plc (Schroders) announces that its
subsidiary, Schroder U.S. Holdings Inc, has today completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the
share capital of STW Fixed Income Management LLC (STW), a value-orientated, US investmentgrade fixed income manager.
Karl Dasher, Head of Fixed Income, said: “This acquisition accelerates our strategic ambitions in the
US by adding top-quartile capabilities in Unconstrained Taxable and Tax-Aware strategies across the
