occurs during normal use due to a defect in material or
workmanship. This warranty sets forth all remedies available with
respect to defective Aeron chairs. ComfortLiving will not incur any
shipping charges associated with defective chairs - customer must
return product at own expense. In the event a chair is defective
upon receipt (within 7 days), ComfortLiving will waive return
shipping charges.
