August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area Shooting Range &
Outdoor Education Center is designed to help you become a sharper,
safer hunter or outdoors person. Come to shoot targets or attend one
of our many outdoor skills programs. Our
staff of specialists and trained volunteers
can help you or your group master
firearms and archery, as well as map
and compass, wildlife identification
and many other outdoor skills.
Hours
Closed every Wednesday and Thursday, on
state holidays and during special events. Hours are subject to change.
Dec. 1—March 31
• Monday–Tuesday and Friday–Sunday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
April 1—Nov. 30
• Monday and Friday–Sunday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Facilities & fees
Facilities are available for individual or group use. Call for
more information and possible restrictions.

Rifle/pistol range—$3 per booth per hour
Trap/skeet ranges—$3 per person per round of 25 clay birds
3-D , broadhead archery range—$3 per person per hour
Tree stand climing practice poles—Free for individual users
Shotgun patterning range—$3 per person per set of three targets
Field archery ranges—Free for individual users
Directions
From the intersection of highways 40 and 94 west of St. Louis, go
south on Highway 94 for 1 mile, then west on Highway D.
