Mission Statement
Our goal in second grade is to learn more and have fun. We are
going to learn to do many new things. We will learn basic math
facts, social studies and science, how to improve our spelling and
reading comprehension, and work with technology. We will learn
by practicing at home, listening to our teachers and friends,
exercising self-control, and being responsible. We also would like
to make new friends. Being polite, including
people in activities, and being respectful
will help us make and keep new
friends. In school and at home we
will always be responsible and
respectful. We will always do our
best.
