RESIT Laboratory Report LAB (30%) – 2000 words

In the ‘Practical’ section students will find
1. Practical Assignment Handout.
This provides an introduction to relevant theory, recommended reading, outlines the analyses tod be
performed on the data, and explains what is expected for each section of the lab report (including a
marking scheme for guidance).
2. Questionnaire (Practical 2015).
This is the questionnaire that was used to generate the data that students are required to analyse and
report in the assignment. Students should familiarise themselves with this, ideally by completing it
themselves.
3. Practical 2015 Week1 and 3 Presentation Slides
These provide relevant theoretical background, explanations of the questionnaire items, step by step
instructions of the analyses that students should run on the data, including screen grabs of the SPSS
menus needed to do this.
4. Data file. A data set for use by resit candidates will be uploaded over the summer. It will be clearly
labelled: Data for Practical Resit 2015.
