Animal Camouflage Homework
We have been learning how animals use
camouflage to survive. Choose one of the
animals on the attached paper. Draw a
habitat on white paper. You can add grass,
rocks, etc. by cutting construction paper and
gluing it to your habitat. Camouflage your
animal in the habitat. The animal must be
visible. It is using color, shape or pattern to
blend into the environment. We will try to
find the animal when you share your paper.
The children have seen many examples of
animals using camouflage to survive. We have
already done this activity with pictures of
frogs and toads. There are pictures of several
examples on the website.
