Troubleshooting Voice Recording Problems in Pixie 3 Having trouble with the sound quality in Pixie? Have you tried boosting the recording audio on your computer but it still sounds distorted when you try to record your voice? You probably need to increase the sound recording quality setting in Pixie. 1) Choose “Edit” and then “Preferences” 2) Choose “Sound and Video” 3) Change “Recording Quality” to “High” from the drop‐down menu. 4) Choose “OK” Tip: If the quality improves but the recording volume is still very low, you may need to increase the audio recording or do the “Microphone Boost” in Windows accessories or the control panel.
