Things you can do at
home to help your child
• Read every night. Have
your child write the
problem in the story
and how the problem
was solved.
• Discuss time with your
child using clue words
that tell when it is
past or present time.
• Make a timeline about
someone in your family.
This helps your child
understand sequence
of events.
• Count and write
numbers to 120.
• Give your child a
collection of objects to
find out which ones will
react to the magnet.
