I Can
Reading: Our Mclass testing is over
and our students did a great job!
During this month students will be
reading informational texts. They will
be able to ask and answer questions
about meaning of words/phrases and
identify similarities and differences
between texts.
Writing: Students will work on
informative/explanatory writing to
improve organization, ideas,
capitalization, and punctuation in their
writing.
Math:. We will be learning about
measuring. We will compare and order
objects by length using non-standards
units of measurement. Also, we will
identify the relationship and properties
of addition and subtraction fact
families.
Science: we will continue studying the
materials that make up the natural
features of the Earth’s surface.
Social Studies: We are working on our
geography unit. Students will identify
physical features, climate, and animal
life on Earth.
