RIT Recreation Member Web Portal Walkthrough Step 1: Visit our member web portal at: https://recreation.rit.edu Step 2: Click “Sign In” (pictured above) using your RIT username and password. If you do NOT have an RIT username and password, please contact our business office. Step 3: After entering your RIT credentials, Click “Sign In”. Step 4: Click on your username. Step 5: Click “Add Dependent”. You will need to repeat this process for each dependent. Patron Name Step 6: Fill out all appropriate information for the dependent. Click “Save” when finished. You will need to repeat this process for each dependent. Patron Name Step 7: Click on “Courses” on the top bar to begin registering your dependent(s) for a Swim Lesson. Patron Name Step 8: Make sure you are viewing the current Semester’s offerings using the drop down menu. Step 9: Click on the desired time slot (ex: Spring Semester 1a: 10am – 10:30am Session). Step 10: Scroll down to find the desired lesson time/offering. Once found click “Add to Cart”. Step 11: Select which dependent you would like to add to this Swim Lesson. Click “Add to Cart”. Step 12: Our Liability Waiver will appear. Click “Accept Now & Register” to accept the waiver and register your dependent. You can Decline the waiver, but will not be registered. Step 13: Click “Add an Emergency Contact”. Fill out the appropriate fields and Click “Save”. Step 14: Click “Add to Cart”. Step 15: If finished, click “Checkout”. If adding another dependent to a lesson, click “Continue Shopping”* and repeat Steps 10 – 13 (your Emergency Contact – if the same – will be saved, just select). Step 16: Fill out all required information via RIT’s approved secure online payment site. Click “Continue”. Verify all information is correct and Click “Confirm”. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation message (below), as well as a confirmation email.
