Terms & Conditions *2 payments are collected upon registration. Payments are auto-debited on the first of each month thereafter. A credit card is required
to complete registration (MasterCard, Discover, AMEX & Visa accepted). CC on file will be used for all charges associated with this program. *Tuition is based on 8
equal payments. *If you do not complete the 8 payment contract you will be responsible for the cost of the rental instrument/materials and associated costs - NO
EXCEPTIONS (early drop out fee – contact LNM for specifics). There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes for any reason. LNM instructors do not handle
enrollments or drop outs at any time. All information must come directly to the LNM office in writing via email @
[email protected] . Students must be removed from the class in writing before the first of each month to avoid the next
payment - We do not prorate or refund for any reason – NO EXCEPTIONS - All student holidays, teacher work days, vacations & up to 3 closure days by LNM a year
per class are factored into pricing and will not be made up. LNM does not make up classes cancelled by school &/or county. LNM may change instructors or combine
or separate classes and/or instruments @ any time. Completion of registration is an agreement to all terms and conditions of this program - NO EXCEPTIONS. Late
pick up –Contact the LNM Office ASAP at 800-399- 6414 The charge for late pick up - 8-15 min = $15; 16-29 min = $30; 30-44 min = $45; 45-59 = $60 All LNM
