This year's theme will be all about fairytales and we are in full preparation mode with creating decorations, planning fun games and activities, finalizing arrangements for food, and many other details. Each year, this auction fundraiser helps us to ensure that critical educational programs are financially supported at RCV, including: our local summer school program, enhanced use of technology within the classrooms, and other important instructional best practices. It is my hope that this year's fundraiser is the most successful ever and that means that I hope many of your will join us on the evening of November 21st for a night of fun and fundraising. Even if you can't join us that evening, you can place advanced bids on items in our extensive silent auction and also have your child purchase raffle tickets for a chance to participate in fun activities with teachers. Some of these activities include: lunch dates, manicures, bowling, ice skating, and much more! Participating in this fundraiser is a great way to show support for our school and ensure that we can continue to enhance the educational program for all children at our school. I know that I am excited for this special event -- only two weeks to go and I look forward to seeing all of you at this fun, exciting, and important event.
