A fire safety inspection of the facility listed above was performed by the Corvallis Fire Prevention Bureau.
These fire safety deficiencies could result in a fire or jeopardize the safety of those occupying the facility.

testing of building sprinkler systems) or to the capital improvement list for campus upgrades.
