2 Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system the user shall first

City Engineer A permit fee as provided in the Fees Chapter shall be paid to the City Engineer at the
timetheapplicationisfiled
3 An agent of the City shall be allowed to inspect the construction andno underground portions
shallbecovereduntilsuchinspectionhasbeencompleted
4 The type capacities location and the layout of a private sewage disposal system shall comply
withallrequirementsoftheOregonDepartmentofEnvironmentalQuality
5 No private sewage disposal system shallbe permitted todischarge toanypublic sewerornatural
outlet
6 Apermitforprivatesewagedisposal systemshallberevoked iftheinstallation isnotcompletedto
the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the building shall not be connected to the private sewage
disposalsystem
7 Theuser shalloperateandmaintainthe private sewagedisposalfacilities inconformance withthe
rules and regulations of the OregonDepartment ofEnvironmental Quality at alltimes at noexpense to
