ofthisSectionandatnoexpensetotheCity 2 Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system the user shall first obtainawrittenpermitfrom theCityEngineer Theapplicationforsuch permitshallbe madeinwriting and supplemented by any plans specifications and other information as are deemed necessary by the City Engineer A permit fee as provided in the Fees Chapter shall be paid
