Download Installation File From Cisco Website You can download the installation ISO file and Stock Templates from the Download Software page on Cisco.com. Important Notes Upgrading VMware Tools This process of upgrading VMware tools is applicable only for Unified Intelligence Center Systems running on Unified Communications System virtualized hardware. VMware Tools are specialized drivers for virtual hardware that are installed in the Unified Communications (UC) applications when they are running in the virtualized environment. The VMware tools version running in the UC application must be in sync with the version of ESXi being used. The methods that the UC applications use to upgrade the VMware Tools are given in the UCS Virtualization Wiki. Unified Intelligence Center supports upgrading VMware Tools using the command: utils vmtools upgrade. To know more about the command syntax, see “Appendix A: Command Line Interface” in the Administration Console User Guide for Cisco Unified Intelligence Center. Preupgrade COP File If you are upgrading Unified Intelligence Center 10.5(1) from a release earlier than 10.0(1) (Release 8.5(4), 9.0(1), 9.0(2), and 9.1(1)), you must download and apply the ciscocm.version3-keys.cop.sgn before you upgrade to 10.5(1). This Cisco Options Package (COP) file has the RSA keys that are required to validate the upgrade. To find COP files on Cisco.com, navigate to Support > Downloads > Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 10.0 > Unified Communications Manager/CallManager/Cisco Unity Connection Utilities. IE 9.0 and 11 Support Unified Intelligence Center supports IE 9.0 in the Standard Mode and IE 11 in the Compatibility View mode. Localization The user interface is localized in the following languages: Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, European and Canadian French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Turkish. 3 Caveats Bug Search Tool If you have an account with Cisco.com, you can use the Bug Search tool to find caveats of any severity for any release.
