Description:
This report provides a list of randomly-selected WIC participants for chart audits that have completed a certification during the specified
Federal Fiscal Year (FFY). No duplicate records are produced in a report.
Criteria and Filters:
The report reflects the Agency ID, Clinic ID, Cert Start Date, High Risk Status and WIC Category at the time of certification.
Select one or multiple clinics or local agencies.
FFY: Select from among one of the following: one of the two most-recent fiscal years, the current fiscal year,
or the upcoming fiscal year. If more than one certification occurs in a FFY, the most recent certification is used.
Total Sample Size: allows the user to set a maximum
total of participants to include in the report. Choose
either the percent of total participants in the selected
clinics/agencies or the number of participants.
WIC Categories: Select one or more of the following WIC
Categories: Infant, Child, Pregnant women,
Breastfeeding women, or Non-Breastfeeding women.
For Min. Percent: Use whole numbers of 1 to 100.
The Min. Percent field becomes enabled for each WIC
Category selected, but is not required.
The sum of the Min. Percent fields cannot exceed 100 percent.
OR
For Min. Number: Allowed values are 1 to 999,999.
The Min. Number field becomes enabled for each WIC
Category selected, but is not required.
The total Min. Number cannot exceed the value specified for
the Number of Participants.
Note:
If the minimum criteria are not met, the report will continue to be generated as if there
were enough participants to meet the requirements; the system will NOT DISPLAY any error messages.

To randomly select participants for chart audits.
Output Options:
Select the report to display on the screen, send directly to the chosen printer, save as a pdf, or as an Excel file.

If the report is run multiple times with the same specifications, records displayed may be different from the previous display due to randomization.
This report does not
provide a random list of
people seen by a staff
member. (Refer to
Infoview report templates
instead.)
The report is sorted by each Agency, Clinic, then WIC category (if multiple selections are made), and then by StateWIC ID, with page breaks in the report for each different
WIC Category. No page breaks appear in the spreadsheet.
Spreadsheet:
The Excel spreadsheet option could be used to reformat the data.
This spreadsheet has the same columns regardless of whether a clinic or an agency is selected.
