Description:
This report displays a list of participants who have an initial contact date within the selected date range.
Criteria and Filters:

Participants have an initial contact date during the time frame selected.
The CAS and Clinic Reports environments allow users to choose to display one or more of the clinics of the local agency to which they are logged in.
If the user is logged into the State Reports environment, additional selection criteria are made available (Clinic, Agency, Grantee, or State).
Weekends are counted as days in this report, even if the clinic is closed.
Some possible purposes for this report:

To help assess and evaluate timely responsiveness to MN WIC participants’ health care needs.
To help assess regulatory requirements around processing standards. [7 CFR 246.7(f)(2) and MOM Section 3.2]
Caution! Due to the 12-hour delay when in the Reports Environment, this report only provides clinic activity up to and including the previous day, but not including
the current day’s activities.

Report and Calculations: The following items (A. B. C.) describe how calculations are done for the “Processing Standard Number of Days” column.
A. The “Initial Contact Date” is subtracted from the “First Appt Offered Date” to obtain the “Processing Standard Number of Days.” If an appointment is offered the same
day, “0” displays.
