Report Overview
A list and count of participants who were mailed benefits issued by the specified agencies
during the specified time period. The report output provides both the date and time the
mailed benefits were issued along with the Staff ID of the person who issued them.
Notes
▪
A participant may display more than once if more than one set of mailed benefits was
issued during the specified time period.
▪
The Agency ID and Clinic ID are based on the agency/clinic where the benefits were issued.
This may not reflect that agency/clinic to which the participant currently belongs.
▪
The WIC Type is based on the participant’s WIC Type at the time of issuance. This may not
reflect the participant’s current WIC Type.
▪
The count at the bottom of each table is distinct. Regardless of the number of times a
participant is listed, they are only counted once.
▪
The report output is formatted to download to an 8 x 11.5 inch PDF (portrait). It can also be
exported to Excel (the margins will need to be adjusted and the headers/footers will not
display.)

Page breaks occur at change of Agency ID.

Notes
A formula was used in each date column in order to format and control the length of date fields. Otherwise, they
automatically expand to 4 digit years when exported to Excel, which will display ##### instead of the date since
the columns widths are just wide enough for 6-digit dates
The [Createdttm] field was used for the Issued Time column. A formula was not used; instead, the column
number was formatted as a date and a time display selected. This ensures the times will sort correctly.
The original MAILED BENEFITS report template was re-titled MAILED BENEFITS: COUNTED, REPLACED &
REDEEMED since this report provides only a list of participants issued mailed benefits and none of the other
information. This report also allows the user to run it for multiple agencies and a desired time period while the
other report is limited to one agency and one participation month.
