Description: This report is run during the End-of-Month (EOM) process. It displays all formulas issued for the state for a specific report month and the number of
participants who received each formula.
Criteria and Filters:
Does not include any benefits that have been voided or reported lost/stolen.
Some possible purposes for this report:
Can compare state totals to Local Agency totals using the Formula Issued – Local Agency Breakdown report.
Output Options:
Posted as an Excel file.
