Description: This report is run during the End-of-Month (EOM) process. It displays all formulas issued by an agency for a specific report month and the number of
participants who received each formula.
Criteria and Filters:
Does not include any benefits that have been voided or reported lost/stolen.
If a participant receives formula from multiple agencies, the participant would be counted in totals for both agencies.
Sorted in descending order by Agency ID and then by Distribution Item ID within each agency.
Some possible purposes for this report:
Identifies which special formulas are being issued by your Local Agency.
Identified which contract formulas are primarily issued by your Local Agency.
Output Options:
Posted as an Excel file.
