Preparation of Materials
Make sure surfaces are cool before working. Spray all-purpose cleaner onto microfiber cloth.

Remove burners and drip pans from the top of the stove.
Wash drip pans with a microfiber cloth.
Wash top of stove with a microfiber cloth.
Replace drip pans and burners.
Wipe touch points (temperature controls, oven door handle, etc.) with a microfiber cloth.
Wash the inside of the oven with a microfiber cloth.
Safety & PPE Recommendations
PPE recommended includes hand, and eye protection. Use caution when spraying product
and always spray away from face to prevent cleaner from getting into eyes.
Performance Standards
All surfaces should be clean and free from food debris.
