Preparation of the Area
Make sure to have all products/materials on hand and ready to use. Fill Kaivac tank with water
and check chemicals.
Procedure
1) Check trash, paper products, feminine product boxes, and soap products.
2) The inside of the toilet bowls only needs to be scrubbed with restroom cleaner if there is
mineral deposit build up or if the Kaivac is unavailable.
3) Set up your Kaivac machine for cleaning.
4) Begin by applying low pressure water and cleaner onto and into toilets, urinals, shower and
floors.
5) Rinse toilets, urinals and floor with high pressure water.
6) Wet vacuum locker room floors from front to back.
7) Wrap up all hoses and cords back onto the Kaivac machine.
8) Clean sinks, counters, mirrors with disinfectant cleaner and glass cleaner.

9) Vacuum carpet area.
10) Dust and clean lockers.
11) Sanitize benches with disinfectant cleaner.
12) Clean drains.
Cleanup
Wipe down, rinse, drain and dry Kaivac. Return to proper storage areas.

PPE recommended includes hand, ears and eye protection.
Performance Standards
Floors, Toilets, Mirrors, Sink, Counters, and Walls should be clean.
Seasonal cleaning
Extract locker room carpet 3x per year
Detail clean and sanitize team lockers.
Detail pressure wash shower area.
